Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a cozy dining room leading to a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Stainless appliances, a countertop microwave, and a drip coffee maker await you, along with all the essentials to get you started. The master suite features two queen beds, a private all-tile bath, and a spacious walk-in closet. Another large bedroom offers two twin XL beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed. A utility room conveniently connects the kitchen and garage. An updated full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also at your disposal. Step out onto the screened-in porch and patio, overlooking our new fully fenced back yard. It's the perfect spot to fire up the grill and gather around the fire pit at the end of the day. We would be delighted to host you! We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
