The living room welcomes you with floor to ceiling windows for endless water views, an Apple TV (no cable), and comfortable seating. Access the outdoor deck where you can take a soak in the hot tub surrounded by the open meadow. Behind the living room, you can find a covered courtyard with a gas BBQ grill. Enjoy Summer cookouts and dine out by the ocean with a glass of wine. The living area connects to the kitchen and dining area where you can find a picnic-style dining table facing the ocean view. The kitchen is perfect for homemade meals, equipped with a slow cooker, kettle, drip and French press coffee maker, and more! The first 2 bedrooms are located downstairs. The master bedroom has a King bed overlooking the water, access to the hot tub deck, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a double standing shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a window seat. Upstairs, you'll find the loft with a futon sofa and board games. The third bedroom is here and has 2 Twin beds (no door). The living room has a lofted bunkbed-style Twin bed for quiet time and outstanding ocean views (kids are not allowed on this). The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed. The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool, tennis and golf are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional $55 per stay.
