Welcome to the enchanting Finca Almendra! The space Our finca sprawls across a generous 15,000 m2 estate nestled amidst the rolling countryside between Sineu and Sant Joan. Finca Almendra is easily accessible by car, yet peacefully secluded from the main road. You'll have exclusive access to the house, grounds, and pool, allowing you to savor your well-deserved privacy to the fullest. The charming house, boasting a spacious 125 m2 of living space, is situated amidst a natural landscape, surrounded by almond trees that offer a special ambiance with their blossoms in spring and harvest in autumn. In front of the house stretches a roomy terrace with dining space for six, where you can relish your meals in the open air. Adjacent to the house, you'll find a splendid 8 x 4 meter pool with an inviting interior staircase, all set within a generous terrace area. A covered terrace also offers shade from the sun. Inside the house, you'll discover a cozy and freshly appointed atmosphere that provides all modern comforts. The open area features a well-equipped kitchen seamlessly transitioning into a dining area, as well as a bright living space with German satellite TV and a snug fireplace, perfect for providing warmth during cooler months. A hallway leads you to the rear part of the house, where two spacious double bedrooms await, one with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there's a children's room with bunk beds and a second shower room at your disposal. Complimentary Wi-Fi is, of course, available in this haven of relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. For your convenience, a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer are provided. Towels for the kitchen, bathrooms, and pool/beach are abundantly stocked. Upon request, we are happy to provide a cot and highchair free of charge. The prime location in the heart of the island allows for convenient day trips in all directions, without the need for extended travel times. Here, you'll experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure as you explore Mallorca's diverse treasures. The refund will also be made in cash before your departure. The main tenant must be at least 23 years old. The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organise loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb the neighbours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).
