On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All beds were equipped with box springs and very high-quality Bio Active mattresses. For the little ones there is a baby chair and high chair available, as well as a changing table and safety gate at the top of the stairs. You also have a storage space to store bicycles, for example. You also have a washing machine, dryer and freezer. There is a large fully enclosed garden of ~800 m², with a sun terrace and equipped with a gas BBQ. Next to the house there is a large private driveway where 3 cars can be parked easily.
