Very quietly located holiday home "Villa Karin" for 6 people, a few steps from the dunes and a stone's throw from the sea and beach. The house is equipped with all modern comforts and exudes cosiness and tranquility. A fully automatic ventilation system ensures that there is always fresh air in the home. You have a modern kitchen with all appliances and comfort. The three bedrooms are spacious. There is a large fully enclosed garden (800 m²) with sun terrace, equipped with BBQ on gas. The space The house is equipped with all modern comforts and exudes cosiness and tranquility. A fully automatic ventilation system of type D was integrated throughout the house. You have a modern kitchen with all appliances and comfort. The living area is equipped with 6 separate club seats, television, dining table with six chairs and an open kitchen. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a comfortable shower. There are also 2 separate toilets. The three bedrooms are all equipped with Queen Size beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, one of which is a double bed by Auping with electric motors for extra comfort (on the ground floor). On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All beds were equipped with box springs and very high-quality Bio Active mattresses. For the little ones there is a baby chair and high chair available, as well as a changing table and safety gate at the top of the stairs. You also have a storage space to store bicycles, for example. You also have a washing machine, dryer and freezer. There is a large fully enclosed garden of ~800 m², with a sun terrace and equipped with a gas BBQ. Next to the house there is a large private driveway where 3 cars can be parked easily. Golf enthusiasts, tennis enthusiasts, water sports enthusiasts will also find something to their liking in the immediate vicinity. Also important here are the numerous restaurants that will delight you. Once back at home in your holiday accommodation, you can enjoy the large garden that is completely at your disposal and of course all the facilities of your holiday home.
