We are delighted to present this real gem of a house with amazing sea view . The rooms of this twin house are sea-facing and the garden and pool are right by the water – the whole day you have this wonderful view of the crystal clear Adriatic . This unique location is just in the heart of the beach resort. Excellent restaurants, different sports, shops and the town center are all in a short walking distance. And you should see the amazing sunsets.... The space This splendid air-conditioned villa is built in modern, Mediterranean style with tasteful and quality furnishings. Facing west, you get wonderful sunset views. You enter the ground floor into a spacious living/dining area with a fireplace . Here there are a sofa, armchairs, foldable dining table with chairs to seat 6 as well as a SMART TV, DVD, and coffee table; from here you have access to the pool area. Open-plan to this is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and cooker; on the same level is a separate WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms; one with double bed and balcony, and one with two single beds with possibility of an extra bed . Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Sun shower in front of the comfortable garden terrace where 5 sunbeds can be located. Broadband Internet Access: Broadband Wi-fi is available at this property providing clients with free access via their own laptop or mobile phone. Private parking available.
