Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation - Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation - Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval Guest access Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage.
