Charging station (7 Kw) The space In the heart of Brittany, in the middle of a country of woods, moors and rivers, with multiple trails, this beautiful 19th century building made of granite, was completely renovated in the 80s while respecting its character to create a very comfortable accommodation of 150 m2. On the ground floor: - Equipped kitchen, 25 m2 room, back kitchen with machines (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) - Large living room, fireplace, antique 18th century furniture - 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed - Toilet and shower and a large terrace with pergola (kiwi), lounge and barbecue Upstairs - bathroom 2 sinks and a very large bathtub - Separate toilet - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a baby bed - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed - A space (30 m2) with corner beds Possibility of providing baby equipment (high chair, stroller) Outdoors: living room, barbecue on feet, swing etc... Calm guaranteed, totally independent, in the middle of a 2 ha property with low courtyard and our horses Quita and Calin Ideally located to enjoy the most beautiful sites and beaches of Brittany during the day (usually less than an hour by car) On site, if you are interested in contemporary art and/or local religious heritage, you can follow the Art in the Chapels circuits (from July to September) Guest access The accommodation is independent and we have not planned any prohibitions. The house is not compliant for the disabled, but it is still possible to go up to the terrace to enter through the French window, to access a comfortable room and a shower. Other things to note We decided not to accept pets anymore, too complicated! Too bad The security deposit of €500 is to be paid upon arrival; Cash or check that will only be cashed for a stay longer than 2 weeks.
