Charging station ( 7 Kw ) The space In the heart of Brittany,in the middle of a country of woods, moors and rivers,with multiple trails,this beautiful 19th century building, all equipped with granite,was totally renovated in the 1980s respecting its character to create a most comfortable accommodation of 150 m2. On the ground floor: -Furnished kitchen , 25m2 room,rear kitchen with machines ( dishwasher,washing machine,dryer) -Large living room,fireplace, 18th century antique furniture -1 bedroom with 140 bed -WC and shower and a large terrace with pergola(kiwi),lounge and BBQ Upstairs - bathroom 2 sinks and a very large bathtub -wc independent -1room with a 140 bed and a baby cot -1room with a queen size bed -A space(30m2) with corner beds Possibility of providing baby equipment (high chair,stroller) Outside: living room, freestanding barbecue,swing etc... Guaranteed calm,totally independent, in the middle of a 2 ha property with low courtyard and our Quita and Calin horses Ideally located to enjoy the most beautiful sites and beaches in Brittany (usually less than an hour by car) On site if you are interested in contemporary art and/or local religious heritage,you can follow the Art tours in the Chapels(July to September) Guest access The accommodation is self-contained and we have no prohibitions. The House is not compliant for the disabled but it is however possible to climb on the terrace to enter through the French door , access a comfortable bedroom and a shower . Other things to note We decided not to accept pets anymore, too complicated! Too bad The deposit of €500 is to be deposited upon arrival; Liquid or cheque which will only be cashed for a stay of more than 2 weeks. Bed linen option (beds made ) to be requested at least 2 days before arrival and to be paid on site: €15/bed . Smoking outside Electric vehicle charging station ( 7kw )
