Holiday home CASA PI with communal garden

Welcome, We rent a charming cottage with Mediterranean-Palatinate flair right on the historic wine route. You have the entire main house (110 m²) at your disposal, ideal for experiencing the Palatinate as a family or with friends. You also have access to an idyllic, shared garden with barbecue facilities and summer lounge. End the day with a glass of Palatinate wine in the evening sun. Free parking in the courtyard. The space On the ground floor there is a hallway, guest toilet, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with fireplace and a laundry room. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms ("Bedroom 1" with double bed and "Bedroom 2" with 2 single beds), a small passage room with 2 children's beds, 1 bathroom, the living room and the roof terrace (access through "Bedroom 1"). Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves. The garden is for shared use. Other things to note The living rooms are on the 2nd floor and are only accessible by stairs.
