We offer you a beautiful spacious apartment, newly renovated in 2021, in the trendy Plagwitz district of Leipzig - just a five-minute walk from the "Karli" of the West: Karl-Heine-Straße, art and culture mile with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment's open living-dining area invites you to relax. When the weather is nice, a huge wooden terrace with a cozy lounge set awaits you for cozy sitting together. The space The modern kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine (Philips Senseo), filter coffee machine, fridge with two freezer compartments, all necessary utensils as well as sufficient dishes and cutlery. Basic food supplies (sugar, salt and pepper, oil as well as tea and coffee) are also available. Dish towels, dishcloths or sponges, paper towels and cleaning agents are also available. There are a total of four bedrooms with super comfortable beds (2x 1 double bed, 2x 2 single beds). In the two bedrooms with double beds, the additional ottomans can be folded out to two comfortable extra beds each. If necessary, up to 10 guests (8 + 2) can be accommodated in this spacious apartment. A baby travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. In the modern bathroom, hand and bath towels, soap, toilet paper and a hairdryer are available. Amenities include a shower and a bathtub. The two toilets are conveniently located separately from the bathroom in separate rooms. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a very quietly located rear building without an elevator.
