This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: We can only fit one small to mid-sized vehicle in our garage due to both our personal belongings and those left for our guests to use. No more than two cars can fit in the driveway. The HOA does not allow parking on any grass areas, including those on our property. Street parking is allowed. However, parking is not allowed directly across from any driveway for safety. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
