Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. This house is not equipped with cable, however, guests can use their own accounts to log in to streaming services. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
