Guest access Two Main Access Options 1. Access from the parking area: There are two flights of stairs from the dedicated parking space up to the condo entrance. 2. Accessible-drop-off option:: Because the building is set into a hillside, guests may drop off passengers at the upper street level, where the entrance requires only one step—similar to Capo 3. This makes Capo 4 suitable for guests with limited mobility as long as the upper drop-off is used. Steps to Downtown Walk up the street to boutique shops, restaurants, a wine bar, a retro candy shop, a small playhouse, and the Sunday farmer’s market. Steps to the Beach & Pier Walk down the street to Main Beach, the pier, oceanfront parks, and the beach trail. Everything Within Minutes Coffee, ice cream, restaurants, and convenience stores are all within a 2–5 minute stroll.
