Located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl which is like a small Spanish walking village with small cafes, a great coffee shop, ice cream, convenience store, two great restaurants, a waterfront park, and a beach walking trail. You could easily get by without using your car once during your stay. You can walk to just about everything you would need or take the free seasonal trolley to go even further. - Main beach at San Clemente pier (2 min walk) - 30 amazing restaurants (2-10 min walk) - T-street for boogie boarding and surfing (10 min walk down beach trail) - Coffee, ice cream, convenience store, and pizza (2 min) - Farmer's market every Sunday (7 min walk) - Boutiques (7-10 min walk) - Casa Romanica (5 min walk) - Community Center (7 min walk) - Outlets (2 minute walk and 15 min trolley ride) - Disney Land (45 min drive) - Lego Land (35 min drive) - San Diego (60 min drive) - LA (60-90 min drive) - Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. - Strict quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. - This condo is in a fully-soundproofed 6-unit building with all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom and we also have a studio. Let us know if you need multiple units and we will try to give you adjacent units. This condo #1 of 6 - One Pet can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 40lbs. A Pet fee of $20/night will apply for an approved pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site and San Clemente is pet-friendly :) - The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. After three guests, additional guests will be charged at a rate of $25/person per night.
