I rent a room in a 120 sqm apartment in Munich/Haidhausen. It is located in the lively and very popular French Quarter. The view is a pleasure! Despite its central location, the apartment is a relaxing Place! The space The location of the apartment within the city is almost perfect for any activity. The French Quarter also offers many shopping opportunities, bars and restaurants. Directly in the house there is even an Aldi supermarket. Guest access Guests have access to almost all rooms and, if necessary, to the home computer. Kitchen is with everything at leisure. Other things to note You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Parking solutions are feasible. I have a resident parking permit and depending on the duration of the stay and other things, I may be able to offer my garage parking space. However, this must be explicitly discussed for each booking, and there is no guarantee of a parking space.
