Surrounded by six sun loungers, it is a perfect place for enjoying the sun. A charming patio and nice views overlooking the village invites you to celebrate great family dinners! Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? After a swim in the pool you can use the exterior shower. There's another terrace on the first floor with pool and town views. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. There's a rustic dining room, a fully-fitted kitchen with gas hob, washing machine, iron, ironing board, a shower bathroom and a sitting room with wooden oven and satellite-TV on the ground floor. A staircase leads you to the first floor with three double bedrooms and one room with a bunk bed. One bedroom offers A/C while the rest has a fan. A shower bathroom complete the equipment.
