To make your stay even more relaxing, you can enjoy the onsite private hot tub and own private sauna (additional extra). This property has a wood fire to keep you cozy and warm during your stay. Staying here also allows you access to the private garden. Oh, and it s pet-friendly too! As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave and most important wine fridge. The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. Amazing views of the Ribble Valley it is certainly the Lancs in Lancashire This lodge has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. We can accommodate an extra 2 guests, providing day beds on request. There will be an extra charge per person. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with zip up beds, these can be made as a superking bed or twin beds. Upstairs on the first floor are two master ensuite master bedrooms. Smart TV in every bedroom. There are 3 bathrooms. Two ensuite bathrooms in the master bedrooms on the first floor which both include a bath, toilet and sink basin, the main front bedroom has a separate shower in the bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a family bathroom with a large shower, double basin and toilet. Linen, spa robes, towels, slippers, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Cot bed and high chairs provided if required. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - On-site parking available at the property for a maximum of two cars on the drive - any additional cars will be charge at 10 per car. - A dishwasher and a washing/dryer machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property. Maximum 2 pets, with prior arrangement with the owner. Fees apply, 20 per pet to be paid on arrival.
