This modern duplex apartment sleeps up to 6 people and has 3 double bedrooms, each with 2 single / twin beds which can be pushed together or apart. All beds are European sizes. There are 2 bathrooms each with a bath, shower and Wc. This apartment has a very homely, comfortable ambience - the perfect choice for a family or a group of friends. It is airy and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows giving dazzling views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and surrounding mountains. What you should know... Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if required.
