Stay in this lovely and very cosy self-catering apartment located in one of the most picturesque areas of Edinburgh. The property is a great choice for travellers interested in riverside walks (Water of Leith flowing alongside Stockbridge and Dean Village just a 15-minute walk away along the riverside), crafts & antique shops and tea houses. The apartment is excellently located to explore the city. We hope you will have a wonderfully memorable time! The space The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It has two relaxed bedrooms, one fully upgraded bathroom with walk-in shower and fully-equipped kitchen. BEDS: Bedroom 1: 1 Large double bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds ALL THE BEDDING & TOWELS PROVIDED All bed linen and towels laundered by a professional laundry. The bathroom has been fully upgraded! (February 2024) The apartment is located on the 1st floor; there is no lift in the building. Guest access Please make yourselves at home! We just kindly request all our guests respect our neighbours. Other things to note **Not suitable for events or parties** No parties and loud music. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Check-in time starts at 4pm. If you are arriving earlier than this, please note that early luggage drop off is not available at our apartment. There are storage lockers and many other drop off points in Edinburgh.
