Apartment Talauen with balcony The space Tastefully renovated 2-room non-smoking apartment, about 35 m², is facing south with a large balcony (sunny side, with balcony furniture and cushions) with direct views of the large garden. The entrance door leads directly to the combined living room/bedroom with kitchenette (with exit to the balcony) and to the bright, friendly bathroom with shower/toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the attic with a sleeping bunk. (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The cozy living/sleeping room with tiled floor consists of a sofa bed with pull-out mattresses (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a dining area, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi. The kitchenette includes a microwave, 2-burner stove and fridge. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are part of the basic equipment. In the bright, friendly bathroom there is a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. Our wine farm is nestled in gentle hills on the foothills of the southern Steigerwald.
