The Space: After a fun-filled day of endless mountain adventures, guests will appreciate the rustic feel of the family room. Relax on the comfortable sofa with your loved ones as you snuggle up with fluffy blankets. Cherish the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace while watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV as you unwind for the night. The chef in your group will love the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances, where they can whip up a delicious meal for your group. Enjoy your dinner as you exchange stories of your exciting day in the dining area with a wood table and plenty of seating for up to 8. Step out into the outdoor patio for a peaceful retreat as you take in the fresh Colorado mountain air. Host an afternoon cookout with the outdoor gas grill, where the master griller of your group can show off their exquisite bbq skills. Gaze out into the serene forest view as you soak in the private hot tub. Reminisce the good times as you stare at the beautiful night sky from the patio or the wooden rocking chairs at the front of the home. The first bedroom, on the main floor, features a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom around the corner with a walk-in shower. As you head upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a large king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The master bath has a double vanity with a walk-in shower and a separate deluxe tub designed to melt your stress away. The third and fourth bedroom, on the second floor, each features a lovely queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo around the corner. A laundry room with a washer and dryer combo is available on the main floor of the house, located next to the kitchen. Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to the 2 car parking garage with 2 additional spaces in the driveway. The Neighborhood: This beautiful home is located in the Highlands neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for multiple hiking, biking, and walking trails, as well as the stunning Breckenridge Golf Course. The serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends looking to relax. Close enough to all of the action in historic Breckenridge and the town of Frisco, you will have access to multiple entertainment options. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in downtown Breck for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, breweries, and other festivities, you will be only a short 10-minute drive away. Getting Around: The Highland Greens Shuttle Winter Service (November - April) runs at the top of every hour from 8am-5pm, and will pick up/drop off guests at the front of the street next to the house. Multiple stops to the town of Breckenridge and exceptional ski slopes are included in this service. Summit County also offers the Summit Stage free ride bus, giving you access to Keystone, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge, and other surrounding areas. This makes it a convenient option, with the Tiger Route bus stop a short 5-minute walk from the house. Breckenridge historic district and the beautiful town of Frisco are both within a short 10-minute drive from this stunning home. You will have multiple parking access in downtown Breck, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available. Other Things to Note: Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Interaction with Guests: We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response. House Rules: • No smoking • No pets allowed • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4PM • 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of payment is due (14) days before arrival. • Limited Damages Protection Fee - We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment at the time of confirmation which covers damages up to $3000. Any damages in excess of $3000 will be charged to the guest via the credit card on file. • The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
