The space The generously sized private pool (with separate shallow area for children), the extensive gardens, the peace, the unbeatable value for money, the close proximity to the villages of St. Stefanos and Kassiopi as well as to the beach of Kerasia, are the keys of the success of this extraordinary property. Inside, Villa Kessar is set over one floor. Modern, airy and welcoming, the villa has been totally renovated to provide a cheerful and welcoming ambiance. Soft panel colors, modern amenities, large spaces, will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and all the appliances for a fully self catering holiday) has a dining table for 8 and open straight to the front terrace providing lovely views over the East, with the sea and Albanian Mainland in the distance. The lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels) and wi-fi. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, all air-conditioned, 2 doubles and 2 twins. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with bathtub + shower over and opens straight to the rear patio / garden providing lovely views over Kassiopi Bay. The 3 further bedrooms are respectively one double and 2 twins and share 2 further family shower rooms. A useful laundry room, located along the hallways, is available for the guests and is equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board. Outside, Villa Kessar is a true heaven. The pool patio, set a few steps above the main villa entrance, has a large private pool (measuring the impressive size of 8m x 7m, depth 1.1 to 1.8m) including a separate shallow section perfect for children. The extensive terraces are surrounded by greenery, flowers, are beautifully lit at night, and provide sensational views over the sea. For the comfort of our guests, 8 sunbeds are provided (pool towels are provided too), and the pool terraces attract sun all day long: a perfect places for the lovers of sun tan! Brick built barbecue, as well as 2 outdoor dining areas (one by the pool, one by the entrance terrace) are provided. Private parking is also available within the premises. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, pool towels, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government, introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” will be effective as of 1st of January 2024 in the amount of 1.5 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 10 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes. Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2024 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 70. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our future guests of this extra charge.
