Thanks to its strategic position, from the apartment you can reach ski slopes on foot (for cross country and downhill sking) with rental service and ticket offices, the Ciclovia Alpe Adria and bike rental, and some of the main valley trail (such as Orrido dello Slizza, Alpe Adria Trail, Sentieri Kugy, ecc). The space The 74 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift. You will need to climb the stairs to reach the attic. ATTENTION: The garden is shared, while the attic (with drying rack) is shared. At the moment it is not possible to access the garages by car (due to works) but it is possible to use them as a deposit for bikes and ski equipment. The internal space is divided as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, freezer, moka and kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with dining area, sofa bed (which can become a double bed if necessary) and TV; - BEDROOM with double bed, bunk bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, bathtub with shower and washing machine; - 2 STORAGE ROOMS; - 6sqm TERRACE with table and chairs; - SHARED ATTIC with drying rack; - GARAGE usable ONLY as a storage room for bikes and ski equipment. It's possible to leave your vehicle for free in the private garage of the adjacent structure (20 meters away) in the parking space (36 sqm, 2.45x5.45m, only one car fits). Additional services available to guests: pocket wifi of 100 gigabytes per month, central heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
