Lincoln’s Cathedral and Castle along with the Bailgate area for day browsing the boutique shops with many restaurants and tea rooms for refreshment is 25 mins drive, Horncastle which is well known for its weekly market and many Antique shops is about 15 mins away, the Georgian Market town of Louth with lots of lovely small shops and it still boasts 3 markets a week about 20 mins drive and when you go take the time to walk alongside the river through Hubbards Hills. The east coast with its traditional seaside resorts of Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea is about 35 mins drive with miles of Blue Flag sandy beaches to stroll along. There is also the nature reserves at Gibralter Point and Frampton and the seal breeding grounds at Donna Nook to visit. National Trusts venues at Gunby Hall and Doddington Hall are both about 15 miles away.
