Bishops Landing is one of the newest communities located just a short distance from Bethany Beach and the Ocean. It offers many amenities and is convenient to shopping. Enjoy the Olympic sized pool at the main community clubhouse where you will find a fitness center, yoga room, lounge area, ping pong tables and more. For those who enjoy the outdoors there are walking trails, a fishing pier, several ponds, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground and much more. There is a grill at the clubhouse and charcoal grills throughout the community for guest use. There is a shuttle bus that stops throughout the community and will take you to downtown Bethany Beach.

This vacation townhouse offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, screened porch and garage.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: Parking is available for two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited at all times and subject to fine. Overflow parking is available at the Clubhouse. A fee will be charged for any pass/permit that is lost, missing, or not returned.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
