Beautiful single-family house in country house style from the 50s with wonderful privacy is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Anif (approx. 6 km from the city of Salzburg). The house with spacious rooms and the charming garden scores with numerous extras that make a stay unforgettable: including a sauna in the basement to relax, a magical swimming pond that invites you to swim between May and September, the delightful bathhouse and a lovely glazed veranda with a large dining table. There are 5 bicycles waiting to be used for excursions in the area. On the ground floor there is a large living room with two sofas and a dining table for 6 people. On the ground floor there is next to the anteroom and a walk-through room as a bedroom with a bed and a box as well as a bedroom with a spacious shower, washbasin and its own box.
