It consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 four-bed room with 2 armchair beds, double bed and open kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. There are 2 pertinent exclusive balconies. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and it`s accessible by the stairs from the hall on the ground floor. The guests have at their disposal the terrace with gazebo and hammock. In this complex there are 3 apartments.    The surroundings of Palazzo Montagna in Melissano Palazzo Montagna is in the centre of Melissano, a small village in Southern Salento, halfway between Gallipoli and Ugento, 8 kilometers away from the Ionian coast. The closest seaside locations are Torre Suda and Torre San Giovanni, but it`s also a short drive away from the beaches of Gallipoli, Lido Marini and Pescoluse. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Shared terrace with other 3 units. - The 6-bed apartment consists of two rooms, both with independent entrances and separated by a corridor shared with other rooms.
