Wheel Chair Friendly The space The apartment, which has access from the ground floor, is distributed over two floors. On the access floor is the kitchen, the living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a full bathroom accessible to wheelchair users. From the entrance there is a comfortable staircase to the mezzanine, where the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a bathroom. In the living room, which is separated from the rest of the house, there is a sofa bed. The living room has a television is 49 inches, connected to the internet since it is a smart TV. There is an Ethernet connection for those who need a more stable connection during their stay. Next to the TV you have universal chargers and a small Tablet with information about the city The qualities inside the homes is high. The floors of living rooms and bedrooms are made of wooden flooring to make them warmer in winter and cool in summer. The bathrooms have large showers, glass screens and electric towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and utensils to cook almost anything. It has a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and fume hood. We have taken advantage of the conditions of the building to create on the roof of the building a place to rest, relax, enjoy the climate of Seville and contemplate good views over the cathedral and the Giralda. We only have 3 car parks for 8 apartments, so if you want to reserve a car park for your stay, please let us know as soon as you can. Its price is € 15 per night and is paid in cash upon arrival. It is subject to availability. Once the parking space has been reserved, the facility is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of belongings in the parking included with the accommodation. For us it is very important that everything is organized upon your arrival, but there are always unforeseen events. It consists of an accumulator tank with a capacity of 250-300 liters of hot water at 50º Celsius. It is an energy efficient and environmentally friendly system, but it is still a limited amount of hot water because it is an accumulator, so we recommend a rational use of it. We are very happy with its operation, because we have not received indications of lack of hot water from our guests and, in addition, we are avoiding CO2 emissions due to energy savings achieved. With the determined intention to fulfill our tax obligations and Andalucia’s tourist rules, we have decided, in order to guarantee the rights of our guests, signing a lease where the conditions of your stay (price, input and output, days of stay, cancellation policy, etc.) are listed. All conditions are linked with house rules and other specifications, included in this advertisement.
