Countryside view-Private Bathroom - Cherry Villa

Truly Kentish Holiday Lets is comprised of three self contained and private properties sleeping four people, set within two acres of their own grounds. Property 1: Cherry Pickers Cabin. Property 2: Cherry Lodge. Property 3: Cherry Villa. These are available to rent for a minimum of two nights, all year round. In addition they can be rented together to provide accommodation for 12 people. These include off road private parking. The space Countryside view-Private Bathroom-Cherry Pickers Situated in the grounds of a Kentish Thatched cottage, Cherry Villa is a tastefully converted barn which can sleep up to four people in a boutique Italian style design and comfort. It has its own private courtyard garden full of beautiful shrubs and potted plants and a large decked area complete with bistro table and umbrella which seats four people. There is a large BBQ and firepit, logs and charcoal are available to purchase. Cherry Villa is self contained and like our other cabins is not overlooked, it has a wonderful view of the paddock and cherry orchard all of which are for the exclusive use of our guests. The interior of the Villa has been beautifully decorated in an italian style and the furniture and soft furnishings reflect this well. There is a fully fitted kitchen, with plenty of cutlery, utensils and cook and tableware. There is a fridge freezer, full size oven and hob, with plenty of space to prepare food. It also has a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster. The double bed has a very comfortable mattress and the sofa can be converted into another bed so the villa can sleep four people. One of the main features of the Villa are the two large bi-fold doors, which can in good weather be opened to allow guests to fully open the front of the villa onto the decked area and gravel courtyard. The Villa is fully insulated, so even in the winter can make for a truly peaceful, relaxing and cosy break. The shower room and WC is well appointed and a heated towel rail ensures it is always warm. The villa has cabled WiFi and TV, so if you do need to work or catch up on your movie watching it's all here.
