Privately situated in the back of the home with a separate entrance, the bonus family room features a sofa bed, armchair, smart TV, and direct deck access. KITCHEN & DINING Let your culinary skills shine in the sleek updated kitchen, equipped with pristine stone countertops, a farm sink, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets. Gather for fresh cuisine around the formal dining table with seating for eight. The family room kitchenette comes with a sink, two-burner stove, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and bar seating for two. BED & BATH This vacation rental accommodates 11 guests between four bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the bonus family room. Three bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed, while the bunk room has a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. The primary bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower with custom stonework, while the guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. A half bath off the family room adds convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take in Nantucket Sound views while relaxing in four rockers on the exquisitely detailed front porch. In the evening, keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill on the back deck. Then, dine alfresco at the covered table for four. After fun-filled days at the beach, rinse off with ease at the outdoor shower. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and beach chairs/toys/umbrellas are provided in the home. Street parking may be available in front of the house or across the street on a first-come, first serve basis. Please note the air-conditioning units cannot be turned lower than 72 degrees. Tee off at Farm Neck Golf Club, located just down the road. Parking notes: There is free parking for 0 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
