It has been completely restored according to the traditions of the ancient village of KLIMA. In the living area on the ground floor, with a stone floor, there is a large sofa that converts into 2 beds. Also on the ground floor, equipped kitchenette complete with fridge, electric hob for breakfast, and a bathroom with shower cabin. Outside, on the left, the kitchenette is sheltered under the balcony with a gas stove and sink, while, opposite, you will find its large panoramic terrace equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and SHADING GAZEBO. On the first floor, the bedroom has a wooden floor which makes the room very warm, connected to its panoramic balcony and its bathroom with shower cabin with glass sliding doors. The atmosphere of the house is very intimate and supported by typical village furnishings. - As mentioned, Villa ERIKA is part of the SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence, at night the access gates, to which you will have the keys, will be closed for greater security of the guests who will have the keys. Guest access -Guests have access to the complete Villa DAHLIA, to the common aggregation areas of the SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence such as the LARGE PANORAMIC TERRACE, the LAUNDRY ROOM, the OUTDOOR KITCHENS, the panoramic and shaded RELAX AREAS as follows: - The new PANORAMIC INFINITY SWIMMING POOL with SPA and its equipped and shaded terraces - The LARGE PANORAMIC TERRACE is suitable for recreational activities, aggregation, meditation, or special events in respect of common tranquility. It is equipped with a large adjacent outdoor covered kitchen with a wood-burning oven and BBQ, gas stove, and sink as well as two dedicated men's/women's bathrooms and a closed room with refrigerators and a laundry area. - A grove with a shaded and panoramic RELAX AREA where you can read a book, play a game of cards or have a nice chat.... - OUTDOOR KITCHENS with BBQ and wood-burning oven, gas stove and sinks for lunches and dinners. - Free use of LAUNDRY by reservation to avoid unnecessary waiting. - A private and panoramic HEALTH PATH with a small excursion up to our private coast on the sea by road through the PARK of olive and almond trees of the property. When the sea is calm the water is very clear and excellent for snorkeling. We recommend the utmost attention to children and guests who cannot swim to whom we recommend the use of suitable equipment. Our beach is in a natural state and is not equipped for sea rescue. Rock shoes are recommended. Other things to note - In the Panoramic Residence of independent houses SECRET SPORADES you can find other extra accommodations in case there is a need for more space or beds. -All the housing units of the Residence are equipped with hot air conditioning and cold, the necessary for cooking, eating, sheets, blankets, towels and outdoor furniture.
