Cabin fans will love the log cabin-style walls and unique hexagon design of this newly remodeled, 1,500-square-foot home. Each cozy bedroom (including one loft-style room with forest views) provides a lovely retreat. The third-floor, loft-style primary bedroom has its own private deck and en-suite bathroom. The remaining guest bedrooms are on the first floor with a full guest bathroom as well. The second floor has a full kitchen, which provides the appliances you need to cook tasty meals, a leather sectional, and a TV to relax with after your adventures. The basement level includes leather recliners, a TV, and a stereo. It also has a private washer/dryer and a utility washing sink. Feel free to light up a fire in the outdoor firepit in the backyard. The sounds of the forest will provide the perfect backdrop as you settle in in one of the comfortable lounge areas and talk about the next day's adventures. Girdwood borders the northernmost rainforest in the world providing lush green forests in the summer and bountiful snow for great skiing in the winter. A neighborhood trail leads west from behind the house to connect with the Beaver Pond trail. The two-and-a-half-mile-long Beaver Pond trail can be explored in either direction, heading north towards Girdwood town center or south to connect with the bike path to Indian and Bird Creek. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
