It is less than a 10 min walk from Cambridge train station and Mill Road where you can find a host of international cuisines to feast on. The space My newly refurbished home is the ideal place for 1 or 2 persons who are looking to explore, work or study and want to enjoy all that Cambridge has to offer. The ground floor is comprised of a bright and modern open plan living/dining area, the perfect place to enjoy a good book, drink a coffee or catch up on TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a microwave, electrical hob, oven, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, kettle and cooking equipment and utensils. On the first floor you will find one double bedroom filled with lots of light. Fresh bedding and towels are provided in the bedrooms as well as storage space to store all of your luggage. The bathroom is also on this floor featuring a bath tub and shower. Famous for the bike culture we have a secure area to lock your bike at the front of the house as it is one of the best ways to get around Cambridge. The house is installed with Virgin Media which provides 200+ channels and a fibre broadband speed of 350Mb. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note - We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours - Smoking in the property is not allowed. - Extra guests are not allowed. - Superfast Wifi up to 350 Mb - Pets are not allowed - Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay. - Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave on shoe rack provided. - We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away. - This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own. WHO IS PASS THE KEYS?
