Just outside is a private balcony with a gas grill and a drink rail with plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean breezes, happy hour, and meals. Please make yourself at home. Parking Although there is NO PARKING SPOT INCLUDED with this studio, everything is walking distance. Most guests find a parking spot when they arrive and walk everywhere. Entry & Stairs (Important Details) • There are 15 exterior steps required to reach the front door from the street. • Once inside, the condo is all one level with no interior steps. • This studio is not ADA accessible. Private Balcony Accessible directly from the main living space, the balcony includes: • Natural-gas BBQ grill (no propane hassle) • Seating and a drink rail • Great airflow and ocean breezes Outdoor Shower Located just outside the building for rinsing off sand after the beach. Walkability The location is extremely walkable. Within minutes you can reach: • The beach and San Clemente Pier • Cafés, restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream • Shops, parks, and the beach trail • The Sunday farmer’s market Many guests find they never need a car during their stay. Transportation The free seasonal San Clemente trolley stops nearby and connects you to: • Downtown Avenida Del Mar • Outlets at San Clemente • Coastal parks and viewpoints • Beaches and other neighborhoods Pet-Friendly Access Guests with approved pets also have access to the onsite dog run shared by the Capo building. Other things to note - Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. - Strict quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. - This condo is in a fully-soundproofed 6-unit building with all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom and we also have a studio. Let us know if you need multiple units and we will try to give you adjacent units. This condo #1 of 6 - One Pet can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 40lbs. A Pet fee of $20/night will apply for an approved pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site and San Clemente is pet-friendly :) - The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. After three guests, additional guests will be charged at a rate of $25/person per night.
