On the ground floor, discover an open-plan living space comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner. Comfortable seating is arranged around a Smart TV and there’s an elegant dining table for hosting dinner parties. Two flexible bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the ground floor. Heading upstairs, you’ll find a second living area, with a vaulted ceiling, Smart TV, pool table, and doors opening onto a balcony with panoramic countryside views. The two remaining bedrooms – both with en-suite shower rooms – are located on this floor. Outside, there are seating areas at both the front and rear of the property, allowing you to follow the sunshine. There’s also an open shared lawn where children can play. Heading north, you’ll soon reach the vibrant harbour town of Padstow (8 miles), known for its exceptional pubs and restaurants. It’s also a great place to catch boat trips to go exploring off the coast, or join the South West Coast Path for exhilarating hikes with jaw-dropping views. The property is also within easy reach of Newquay (10.5 miles), with its lively bars and cafes, not to mention some of Cornwall’s most iconic beaches.
