The holiday flat is located in the city center of Merzig in a quiet cul-de-sac with a view of the adjacent Museum Schloss Fellenberg and the Garden of Arts. There is a video-monitored bicycle cellar in the building with charging facilities for e-bikes. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and cafés are within short walking distance. The location serves as ideal starting point for tours and excursions! With the free Saarland Card, tourists receive free admission to over 100 leisure attractions. The space The Saar-Bellevue is approx. 68 sq m and is located on the first floor of the beautiful Art Nouveau building. The apartment is contemporary and tastefully furnished with antique and trendy designer furniture in a well thought-out colour-concept. The high-quality fittings include premium bone-china from Villeroy & Boch in the mediterranean design "Artesano Provençal Lavender", high quality cutlery and pots as well as household appliances from premium manufacturers (e.g. Liebherr, Siemens, DeLonghi). The technical equipment of the holiday flat includes two flat-screen satellite HDTVs by Panasonic, a soundbar by Yamaha, Wi-Fi with high-speed internet connection and a digital access system with personal door codes. A special highlight of the Deluxe-Apartment are the two balconies, of which the smaller one with seating for 2 people can be accessed directly from the kitchen. The large balcony offers space for 4 people and a wonderful view of the garden, nature and the adjacent museum Schloss Fellenberg and the sculpture park. The flat includes a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-size box-spring bed, wardrobe, laptop safe, desk, two comfortable chairs with side tables and a flat-screen satellite HDTV. Off the bedroom is the lockable en-suite bathroom with washbasin, hairdryer, toilet, shower and a washing machine. In the cosy living room there is a comfortable sofa, a des and a second HDTV with Bluetooth soundbox for your entertainment. From the living room you enter the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. You benefit from free Wi-Fi and high-speed internet access in the rental apartment and throughout the property. There are board games in the cupboard in the hallway for your entertainment. Additionally, a first aid kit, an iron and ironing board are also available for use. Other things to note On the palier of the staircase on the first floor there is a library cabinet with various books. These books are available for our guests to read for free. Every guest is welcome to bring up to three books in good condition from home and exchange them for books available in the library. For the storage of bicycles / e-bikes, a bicycle cellar with video surveillance is available upon request, which can be accessed through the side entrance of the building. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like to store your bicycles.
