The villa extends over the first floor: in the living area two large rooms of about 50 m² each (dining room, living room), the kitchen area is equipped with a professional kitchen and a bathroom (without shower); in the night area are four bedrooms with private bathroom with shower. The bedrooms, two triple and two quadruple, are in the noble furnishing style of the 19th century. Outside, surrounded by tall pines and cypresses, is the saltwater pool, an adjacent building is equipped with showers, bathrooms and a cabin.
