Escape together to Toka Ridge The space The space is a newly built 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home named "Koko" (meaning wind) for it's elevated position on the ridge. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in comfy new Super King and King sized beds (Note 2 super kings can be split apart to make up to 4 king singles). Make use of the full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat pump/Aircon, gas fire and TV. Always professionally cleaned. Ask for pet and covid cancellation policy. Guest access Contactless self check-in with pin code entry. Check-in details sent to you the day before check-in at 2pm. Parking available under cover in garage and outside off the driveway. Other things to note - Check out time is 10am - We do not offer late checkouts - No Pets - Events on request only (usually require you to book the whole of Toka Ridge so as not to infringe on the quiet enjoyment of others.) - Noise restrictions from 9pm onwards - Due to proximity with the lake a few nights out of the year we experience trout flies. These non biting midge flies can be a nuisance if a window is left open and lights are turned on during the evening. We have decoy outdoor lighting and recommendations on how to mitigate this for example enter villa through a door with the light inside dimmed or turned off.
