The apartment has capacity for up to six guests with two spacious bedrooms with balconies, 3 double beds ( 1 Queen, 2 Full beds) with clean bedding, 1.5 bathrooms with fresh towels and essentials, living room, dining room, laptop desk with free WiFi Internet connection, equipped kitchen with breakfast counter, Smart TV so you can use your Netflix/Apps accounts. *The base rate is for 2 guests, extra guests cost will be shown separately. This unit in particular is not a good fit for light sleepers since you might hear some noise from the street. For security protocols visitors are prohibited in the apartment 2. Noise/music/voices must be tolerable and moderated until 10:00 p.m. 3. Anyone who does not follow the rules will be penalized as follows: • -1st notice, your attention is drawn • -2nd notice: a power outage in the apartment • -3rd notice you will be asked to leave the building and a fine of $2,000.00mxn will be charged. 4. Broken, damaged, missing items or excess clutter in the apartment will be charged. 5. The number of guests per apartment cannot be exceeded. 6. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the building. 7. Please take the garbage out of the apartment and our staff will take care of it.
