The space The 106m² apartment "Das zweite Zuhause - Für Vier" (Low German: Dat tweete Tohuus) on the ground floor of the building has already been available since 2021. This is already enjoying great popularity. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 1 infant up to 3 years old. For the start of the 2024 season, we are also offering another freshly renovated 130m² second home with enough space "For Many" on 2 floors on the 1st + 2nd floor of the building. This has space for up to 12 adults + 2 infants. SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.. You don't just want to do a lot but also just relax, enjoy the view and read a book? Both are possible. Depending on your mood. Even in bad weather or in need of relaxation, the apartments offer enough space for everyone. Overall, the apartments are quiet but very centrally located between the various excursion destinations, right in front of the door run forest, hiking & cycling trails and in the immediate vicinity there is a soccer field for the children. .. What more could you want? Guest access You will receive all information about communication and access together with the rental agreement. Other things to note Please note that we will send you a rental agreement and the house rules by email after booking. Bed linen and towels can then be booked for cost price. In the "Tweeten Tohuus" dogs are also allowed in principle. However, we don't want to have them in bed, on the sofa or on the armchairs. If this is a matter of course for you and your animals, then you are welcome to bring them with you for an extra charge. Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented in Soltau and Bispingen. Partly incl. delivery to our holiday apartments. Directly in front of the building there are two wallboxes with TYPE 2 plug and billing by smartphone + QR code and credit card --> no APP necessary (0.4€/kwh) You want to go on holiday with your horse?
