The Cocoonr agency offers this 140 m² villa with swimming pool for rent, located near the sea and Porticcio, which can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The fully air-conditioned villa comprises an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed, four bedrooms (one with a desk and one with air conditioning), and a large bathroom with a corner bath and shower. You will also enjoy the private swimming pool, summer kitchen and enclosed garden of 1220 m². The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - Living room with sofa (convertible into two beds), TV, dining area with dining table - Separate, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, raclette machine and cutlery. There is also a second dining table for 4 people in the kitchen. - Utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom - Bedrooms 2 and 3: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed - Bedroom 4: one double sofa bed and a desk area - Bathroom with corner bath, shower, two sinks, bidet and WC Outside - Private, secure swimming pool (unheated) measuring 10 metres by 5 metres. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September.
