LIVING AREA

KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare authentic New England meals in the kitchen appointed with stainless steel appliances, while standing at the stove looking out upon Cape Cod Bay. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the kitchen bar for four.

BED & BATH
Occupying the entire top floor, the first master suite features a queen-size bed, a 50” smart TV, and a private balcony with amazing views to the west and to the south. A private sitting area and a scenic screened porch provide plenty of room to unwind. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower for two and a modern freestanding tub.
Occupying the entire lower level, the second master suite includes a queen-size bed, a sofa, a 45” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV as well.
The third bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Kick back in chaise loungers on the wraparound deck as a tasty meal sizzles on the gas grill. Dine alfresco with a water view at the table for six.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, beach chairs, and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for four cars (with three in the driveway and one in the garage).
Access to this home is via a flight of external stairs.
THE LOCATION
Enjoy a short walk from the house to the moors, and then to Herring Cove Beach or a quick bicycle ride (1 mile) to the Herring Cove Beach Pavilion. Explore the many trails for walking and bicycling in the Cape Cod National Seashore in Provincetown.
Located on a private cul-de-sac on the west end of Provincetown, this home is just 1 mile from the heart of Commercial Street and 0.9 miles to The Boatslip. Stroll 0.5 miles for waterside meals at The Red Inn or less than a mile to Liz’s Cafe or Victor’s Restaurant.
Parking notes: parking for 4 cars, with 3 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Please note that you must first enter the home in order to open the garage.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
