The Clubhouse offers an indoor pool, jacuzzi, expansive outdoor pool, game room with ping pong table, pool table, arcade machine, foosball, grand room with big screen TV, two poolside grills, fitness room and a card room guests are welcome to use. Outdoor games include bocce ball, horseshoes and croquet. Board games and DVDs are also available. Beach shuttle is no longer offered. Bayside at Bethany Lakes has two sections. South Mill Drive on the south side and North Mill Drive and Old Mill Way on the North side. Some properties may allow pets.

This multilevel townhouse is located in Bayside at Bethany Lakes just a short drive to the ocean and town of Bethany Beach. Level one offers a garage. Level two offers a primary bedroom, primary bathroom with soaking tub and double vanity, living, dining, kitchen area with an open porch. Level three offers a primary bedroom with balcony, primary bathroom with double vanity, laundry area, two additional bedrooms and hall bathroom. Views of the wetlands.

For use of amenities Guest is required to pre register and pay a Resort Fee as follows:

Resort Fee from May 15 to September 30: $300 per week or $150 for less than 4 nights.

Resort Fee from October 1 to May 14: $150 per week or $75 for less than 4 nights.

Guest opting to use amenities will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check in office or guest will be charged for replacement.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

A fee will be charged for any missing garage opener, FOB, or permit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
