Welcome to this wonderful rustic house located in Selva. It sleeps 6 people. The space The exterior area of this two story house is very beautiful. The garden is a charming place where you can bask in the sun whilst reading a book or listening to some music. The best thing is the wonderful chlorine pool that sizes 10.60 x 3.5 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.30 to 1.75 metres. You'll find a wonderful porch perfectly furnished, including a gas barbecue, to organise delicious breakfast or meals. The house comprises 2 floors characterised by an eclectic mixture of modern and antique elements. It features and impressive living - dining - kitchen with AC that makes the room handier so that you cook on the ceramic hob while you meet around the table or watch the satellite TV. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, closet, AC and an en-suite bathroom with a shower each. One is still on the main floor and the rest are located on the first floor. We can provide a baby cot and a high chair on request. Apart form the en-suite bathrooms you'll find a toilet on the ground floor for the whole accommodation. Selva is a beautiful family town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. Its located about 3.3 km from the property and it offers the basic services for an independent stay like a supermarket and some bars and restaurants. It's the perfect starting point for routes through the mountains and it also offers an easy access to the beaches like es Capellans and the one in Puerto de Alcudia.
