The villa is attached to the neighbouring house, but due to the position of the pool, it retains its own privacy. The living room is quite spacious, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen television. The adjacent dining room has a table and chairs, as well as a sitting area and an ornamental wood-burning stove. Continue to the end of the dining room and you will reach the fully equipped kitchen. Both the kitchen and dining room have access to the pool terrace. On the first floor, there is a double room with a small private balcony and a room with two single beds, which share a separate bathroom. The second room with 2 single beds has a private bathroom with a shower. The remaining double bedroom with an en-suite shower dominates the entire second floor. The 4 rooms also share the same magnificent mountain view. Villa Mala Garbo can accommodate up to 8 people. (Travel cots and high chairs are available Free Of Charge upon request). Free air conditioning from 2:00 Pm to 4:00 Pm and from 8:00 Pm to 8:00 Am The tourist tax is included in the price. Information to be taken into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
