River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining. The space Country setting, in a neighborhood “where you have to take the equipment to the neighborhood boat ramp”, FREE USE of the golf cart, kayaks and trailer to take down to the boat ramp, 5 minute golf cart ride. Clean and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath, sleeps 4 comfortably, but will hold 6 and in a community with a private boat ramp. Free use of the Kayaks provided for your enjoyment. Fish or kayak the WithlacoocheeRiver where my ramp is located or transport them to Rainbow River and Lake Rousseau. My boat ramp is right in the middle of all three. This location is so quiet and peaceful. *Bikes and Golf Cart on site*. “Pets need pre approval” for insurance reasons, extra pets are prorated. Crates available on site, please crate them when left alone. We ask the pets not be let on the furniture or beds, an additional cleaning fee will be charged if so. Pooper scooper out back and zip line for the leash. We now offer KP Hole Passes as part your stay, county park about 15 min from my place up river, FCFS, you must reserve passes “not day of” it’s a 4 hr float and you can get transport back to KP for $15 through KP hole, not guaranteed info 😇. This will allow you to launch your boat, swim, bring your kayak or our kayaks, life jackets and paddle boards down there to use free of charge, no personal tubes allowed. If you plan to have food or drinks on the river, they must be a non-disposable container or Tupperware. We recommend going early once they are capacity there’s no entry. These are for registered guests only and loss of a pass will be $75 per pass that is lost. Please not this is a non-smoking property, and additional guests must be approved to be at the property, an additional guest fee will be applied with a minimum amount of days required per the reservation if this is observed. Guest access The entire home is for your use. WiFi and local broadcast stations for viewing. Other things to note You’re responsible for any damages, missing items, pets, and additional guests. There is no smoking of any kind in the home. If there is a smell observed after you check out, you will be charged a $495 remediation fee. If you have additional guests it is $25 per day for use of the home and any equipment. This is for insurance purposes and wear and tear. If it is observed that you have additional guests without notifying the owner, you are substitute forfeit of your reservation without a refund.
