It’s the perfect place to wander, browse, and enjoy the small-town coastal atmosphere. Steps to the Beach & Pier Walk just down the street to reach beautiful sandy beaches, the iconic San Clemente Pier, oceanfront parks, and the scenic beach trail—ideal for running, biking, or a leisurely walk. Or simply stay in and enjoy the comforts of the condo, with ocean breezes by day and peaceful sunsets by evening. Everything You Need Within Minutes The Pier Bowl area (a 2-minute walk) offers excellent restaurants, a great coffee shop, ice cream, convenience stores, and casual treats—almost everything you might need during your stay. Easy Transportation From the pier area, you can also hop on the free San Clemente seasonal trolley, which runs throughout town. It’s an easy, fun way to reach Avenida Del Mar’s shops and restaurants, the outlet mall, and other local attractions—no car required. Other things to note Home-Like Environment Please remember you’re staying in a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with respect. If anything arises during your stay, our team will respond promptly, though no one lives on-site 24/7. Quiet, Soundproofed Building The condo is located in a fully soundproofed, six-unit building that we own and operate. Because we manage all units, the guest experience is predictable, quiet, and consistent. If you’re traveling with others, we can often arrange adjacent units. Peaceful Environment & Quiet Hours To ensure a great experience for everyone, quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Even with soundproofing, we value a calm, respectful atmosphere. Stairs & Access Access details vary slightly by unit, but most Capo units require minimal stairs and are well-suited for guests seeking easier mobility access. (Unit-specific descriptions will specify exact stair counts.) Heating, Cooling & Water Each condo features a mini-split AC system in the bedroom that effectively cools the entire space, plus fans throughout for airflow. Softened water provides a spa-like shower experience. Murphy Bed & Space Layout In addition to the main bedroom, the living area includes a premium king-size Murphy bed that is easy to operate and extremely comfortable. When open, it occupies a portion of the living room floor space. Maximum Occupancy The condo accommodates up to 4 guests. After 3 guests, an additional $25 per person per night applies. This ensures comfort and prevents overcrowding. Pet Policy (Updated) Up to three pets may be allowed with prior approval. We welcome quiet, well-trained dogs under 60 lbs. A $20/night per pet fee applies. Guests also have access to our on-site dog run, and San Clemente is a very pet-friendly community. Parking & Transportation Each unit includes one dedicated driveway parking space. The surrounding neighborhood is extremely walkable, and during summer months, the free hop-on, hop-off trolley makes it easy to explore without a car.
