The accommodation is not responsible for any noise or external noise coming from the surroundings, and cannot be held responsible for such situations. As of midnight, there is a security team in the condominium available to assist in resolving any occurrence related to external noise. The rules for the use of the swimming pools are posted in the respective spaces and must be fully respected. The apartment does not provide towels for the pool. The guest must have their own towel. The access cards to the swimming pools that are together with the apartment key are the property of the Morgado Group. Misuse or improper use of the card by the unit in which you are staying may result in a penalty, which may go up to €100.00, or even suspension of the privilege of using the pools. Rules It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool; No pets allowed in the pool area; Access to the pool is always via the stairs; Adults must accompany children during their stay in the pool; Bringing food from outside is prohibited; The use of glass containers is only allowed on the bar terrace; Eating or drinking inside the pool is not allowed; The use of sharp objects in the pool is prohibited. Please place trash in the designated containers. Not allowed The use of balls or other props that disturb the peace and well-being of others; Use of radios, mobile phones and other electronic devices for sound effects; Use of any photographic or filming device inside the premises. Inflatable objects or any other toys; Consuming food or beverages in the pool facilities that have not been served by the support bar; ⁠People under the influence of alcohol or drugs; People who have contagious problems, visible injuries or fungal infections, even if protected with bandages, dressings or plasters; Jumping into the pool; you must enter through the stairs; ⁠Smoking inside the pool; Users will be held responsible for any damage and losses they cause to the materials and equipment of the facility; Entering the pool water with creams Failure to comply with the stipulated rules will result in the prohibition of access to the pool.
