Within a 20 -30 minute drive, you can enjoy Disney theme parks and Legoland. We are a 2 minute drive to Walmart and various restaurants. We are also a short walk away from the golf course. No matter how you spend your day, we can promise you true relaxation coming back 'home' to your own private pool. Perfect home for a comfortable getaway with family or friends. The villa has been carefully decorated with a clear, qualitative, highly functional design concept. The large kitchen is very much the heart of this home. It is designed to host gourmet cooking with functional contemporary design with clean finishes and stainless steel appliances. There are large surfaces for a chef to create their magic or for a whole group to enjoy cooking together. You will find all the appliances and tools you need to create your own dining experience. There is also plenty of room for your friends / family to socialize and relax. The spacious living room with comfortable sofas and an entertainment unit, the set of sofa and chairs on the patio by the private pool, or the cozy lounge upstairs. All the bedrooms are decorated in their own style, yet the same clean and exclusive design as the rest of the villa. The beds, linen, pillows and blankets, are all of high quality to provide you with a good night's sleep. There is one King bedroom with en-suite, 2 Queens bedrooms one of which one has an en-suite, and 2 California twin rooms. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom, with a king sized bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. On the second floor you will find a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another 2 with 2 twins. There are TV's in the Master suite, upstairs Queen suite and in the lounge area upstairs. This villa is designed by people who love golf, food and wine, travel and want to share this with people with the same passions. We will let the pictures tell you more about the spirit and layout of this exclusive rental. Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is one of the best courses you can play in Florida. The layout is challenging, the quality exceptional, and the many strategically placed holes provide a unique golf adventure for players of all levels. Our home is the perfect space to unwind, take a breath, and feel at peace. *Please note that the villa was previously listed as a 5-star rated home. As the new owners, we are looking forward to hosting you and we will continue to provide a high quality standard for your stay. Upon entry into our gated community, you will advise the gatehouse of where you are staying (our home address) and a visitor pass will be issued for the duration of your stay. This pass is to be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle. Our home has a garage that is able to fit 1 mid-size vehicle and driveway that can fit up to 4 vehicles. The garage must be able to close after your vehicle is parked, so please ensure that larger vehicles are parked on the driveway. Please note that there is no street parking on Southern Dunes Blvd or Hemingway Ave at any time. Parking is not permitted on any grass areas at any time. Details will be shared upon booking confirmation. Southern Dunes shares it's community with the Golf and Country Club, which has it’s own clubhouse with restaurant and bar on the property. Southern Dunes is an established gated community with most of the homes having golf course views. There are tennis courts, community swimming pools, and a children’s play area all within walking distance of our homes. We have 24 hour security at the gatehouse making us a safe and secure place for our residents and visitors. We are located just off of US HWY 27 in Haines City, Florida, approx. 30 to 45 minutes from all the major Disney Parks, Universal Studios, and near attractions such as Legoland, Bok Tower Gardens, and Fantasy of Flight. We are also very close to exceptional golf courses and great quality malls for endless shopping. Pool and Spa Heat is an option, however, there are additional fees for this service.
