The space This spacious 4-bedroom duplex apartment hosts a wide terrace and a breathtaking view of the historic side of Lisbon. It is located in front of the Martim Moniz Square and is also a quick walk away from downtown Baixa! *Please note that this is not a party house* The duplex penthouse comprises: - A spacious and beautifully decorated living/dining room with modern décor; - 4 lovely bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and two with twin beds (single bed with drawer that opens to another bed). All rooms come with comfortable sets of bed linens. - Three bathrooms and a toilet that comes with toiletries, towels, and toilet paper; The toiletries are all provided by the luxurious international brand "Damana" and are made of all-natural ingredients. - A large terrace where you can enjoy an amazing view of Lisbon night; and a delicious breakfast with your family and friends in the morning! - Two parking spots are also available for your convenience! We are absolutely certain that your stay here will be both comfortable and memorable! **Our property is protected by Truvi, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators, and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.** Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities, including all furnishings, utensils, and garage (two parking spots included). The apartment itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels are provided for you on check-in (intermediate cleanings are also provided for stays of at least 7 nights). It is important to mention that Check-ins after 9 pm are subject to a €15 surcharge, and from 11 pm to a €30 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival, in order to cover transportation costs thereafter.
