This three-story waterfront lodge is a brand new build just outside the town of Manitowish Waters, where it enjoys an expansive yard and easy access to the 52-mile Heart of Vilas Bike Trail. As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by towering ceilings with exposed crossbeams, high-end finishes, and a back wall of glass that frames the deck, the trees, and the lake. Anchoring this great room are a plush leather sectional sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV (with DirecTV), and a fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth. The kitchen has a farm sink, a gas range, a dishwasher, and every other essential appliance, as well as a prep island with bar seats for four. There's even more mealtime seating at the dining room table overlooking the lake. The back deck runs the length of the house, offering a gas grill, comfortable seating, and plenty of shade from the summer sun. It's a wonderful place to relax after a morning spent kayaking and swimming off the dock. At night, you can roast s'mores around the outdoor firepit, watch movies in the great room, or retreat downstairs to the rec room for a pool tournament, board games, or stories by the second fireplace.
