Located 250 m from the entrance to the Zingaro nature reserve, a real paradise where, along the trails, you will be inebriated by the scents of the vegetation and the Caribbean colors of the coves, and not far from the ancient village of Scopello and its Tonnara with the characteristic stacks (about 1.5 km), Casa Bouganville allows you to spend your holidays in the name of relaxation. The space The property (about 65 square meters) is on one level and is characterized by a large parking area for cars for the exclusive use of guests, which leads directly, with the help of a few steps, to the large veranda of the house (about 35 square meters) with sea view. The veranda has an entrance that leads into the living room/kitchen. From here, a corridor leads to the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a half bathroom. Outside, the garden (about 200 sqm) offers equipped spaces from which to enjoy the sea view, sunbathe comfortably or even organize lunches in the open area, all surrounded by oleanders that ensure the right privacy. Guest access Thanks to its location and amenities, the house is excellent for both family vacations and romantic getaways, and also allows you to quickly visit numerous tourist destinations such as Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, Erice, Segesta, Gibellina, Agrigento, or book a boat ride to spend a half day in San Vito Lo Capo or Favignana. Other things to note The white pebble beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the house (about 150 meters) and, if you wish, also by car (we also have parking near the beach).
