From the living room, you can access the private garden of about 30 m2, where you can enjoy the sun on comfortable loungers, have your meals on the porch or spend some quiet time reading. On the first floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, one with a 150 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds. A large bathroom completes the floor. The cosy décor and lighting that we've proposed, together with the warm and soft tones of the walls, the daylight coming in through the large windows and the warmth of the wooden ceilings, will make your stay one of relaxation and comfort, which is what we want for all our guests. There's free Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as a large-format smart TV in the living room. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. The kitchens are fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer, etc.), a microwave oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, etc. Our accommodation has underfloor heating powered by a heat pump and aerothermal energy, as well as an automatic and continuous air renewal system that allows for indoor ventilation without the need to open the windows. It also has air conditioning. You can access the apartment using a numeric keypad that you set up yourself on the day of your arrival. You can get to the beach with a leisurely five-minute stroll and you'll have the chance to take walks along the Llanes coastal path, which runs alongside our apartments. A getaway to the Villa de Llanes is a three-minute drive or a little over twenty minutes on foot.
